Who we are

O"-Bay Community Trust is a voluntary organisation with its head office in the London Borough of Enfield, North London. The Trust was founded on a national basis initially to support members of the Nigerian community, British Citizens of Nigerian descent and the local resident. We are a BME lead organisation, we provide generic services to our services users, members, and clients who are local residents; irrespective of their race, colour, gender, sexual orientation or religious believes. We work and provide our services on a first-come-first-serve basis to those in need of our services, be it black or white to ensure community cohesion and integrations.

O"-Bay also provides confidential and impartial advice, information, signposting/referral and guidance on issues relating to education, welfare rights, Immigration services, Housing, Debt, Health Promotion, and the environment. We organise multicultural events for our local community, plus celebrate BAME cultural heritage events. We run weekend supplementary classes for children aged 8 to 15 in English, French, Maths, Science and ICT. For unemployed Local resident, we provide PC Refurbishment, IT training, ESOL lessons, workshops on interview techniques, CV writing etc. We also offer representations and support the creation and development of new and existing community enterprises etc., of youth music and dance development workshops and talent showcases.

O"-Bay Community Trust was established in March 1990, Companies house registrations in England and Wales as a company limited by guarantee on 4 April 2002, (Company no. 4409583) and registered with the Charity Commission as a community and voluntary charitable group on the 22nd April 2004 (Charity Commission no. 1103339: amended A&M on 24 July 2006). Obtained Office of the Immigration Service Commissioner exemption in 2004; No N200400014.
